Jacque thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm so sorry that your experience on the last magazine did not match your expectations. As you know from having worked with us for 14 years we set high standards for ourselves. I'm so sorry to hear this was not met on the magazine that we printed for you in December 2021. Were known for our attention to detail. There are certain issues we have more control over than others and in your particular case we were relying on a third party logistics company for the last mile delivery. The company we used has a very good reputation nationwide but unfortunately they completely dropped the ball on the delivery of your publication. We were in constant communication at that time and we were both being told different stories by the carrier. As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. Even though we are up against paper shortages, logistics problems and staffing issues we still strive to deliver the most Hassle Free print experience possible. I was with Shweiki for 14 years. I published 2 magazines a year and referred many of my direct clients to them as well. I am no longer with them after the past several issues of my publication declined in quality and service. Problems with the paper, the shipping and delivery and quality control. My last shipment was two months late and I had to physically drive and pick them up myself. After the last debacle, I gave them a chance to make things right and they declined to do so. After so many years, I would have thought they would reach out to save a long term business relationship. They are completely unprofessional in this regard. Their prices are better than most other print companies but as I learned the hard way... You get what you pay for. I am now with a company that is professional and the quality and experience is above and beyond Shweiki. IF you notice the high reviews for Shweiki on google they are all over 5 years or longer ago. Do yourself a favor and not do business with this company.

We have been using Shweiki Media as our go-to printer for magazine projects for a number of years. We just started a new magazine in Central Texas and Shweiki stepped up to bat with all the help we could ever ask for. Their utilization of web technology in pre-flight and proofing makes it easy to see the final product before it goes to press. Without doubt, their customer support is one of the best I have encountered in ANY industry. Prices are always competitive and the Shweiki team has grown to be almost family in our company. You can go to print the hard way or the Shweiki way. Two thumbs way up.

Pleased with the service. Use Shweiki for an extremely large print job and the quality is excellent. Most satisfied with the turnaround time, an extremely large job was completed in a very short time, with good quality.
