On the Immigration page of their website it says sign up for a free initial consultation. I called and signed up for the free consultation. A young lady calls me back and the first thing she asked me is whether I'm calling for information or I'm going to sign up for a lawyer .I tell her that I just want to ask if the law office has handled a case like this and she said she can't answer that question and for the question to get answered I have to schedule a $300 consultation ,but the website says there is a free initial consultation why would I pay a $300 consultation fee if you haven't even told me whether you handle cases like this. The lady was very rude at the end of the conversation I just wound up not even going forward. Sad part was I would have paid the $300 consultation fee if she could have told me whether this was a case that they had handled before. The free consultation opt in on their page is very deceptive and the customer service is horrible. if the initial interaction is an indicator of how they would have treated me once they received my money. I am happy to take my money and seek out another attorney. I am truly sad that they treat their potential clients like this.

We are sorry you feel this way, Mr. Osakpa. We do however thank you for writing in about your experience with us, because it offers us an opportunity to clarify things. When you met with us for your consultation, the attorney explained your options to you. He explained that the most depressing part of our practice was telling good people like yourself how few options they sometimes have. However, we pride ourselves on our integrity and we always give it to our clients straight. The attorney walked you through what your potential options might look like, just in case an option is available in the future. He also explained when your strongest option would later be available, and he explained how your family would have to be involved. At that point, you began to inform the attorney about a different set of issues. The attorney then said to you that this would be a story better directed at a different department in our firm, which specializes in those types of matters and would be able to assist you. The attorney told you not only that he could not help with your issues, but expressly that he felt bad hearing your story because it was a very sad story and he could not do anything about it. You declined to speak with our other legal department. You simply shrugged, said there was nothing to be done, and left. We are sorry that you feel as though your consultation was anything less than satisfactory. We strive not only to provide the best quality legal advocacy, but also the most personable service. Your case in particular is an especially unfortunate case and we regret causing you any further grief. We hope that the above goes some of the way to at least letting you know that we care and that we wish you all the best.
