Been calling for weeks going on a month now. Never answer and they never callback. When I have called to check on work orders for my job they give a delivery date then excuses after excuses to justify why it's not ready on delivery dates given

I'm sorry. This was an order we shouldn't have accepted from the start. We were provided a printed invitation to print on it in a very specific location. We did the best possible job, under the circumstances, but the customer wasn't happy. You live and you learn. We hope you and your wife are doing well.

Me and my Fianceé went here to get our wedding invintations done. We brought our own artwork in and all we needed was for them to print the words on it. We approved the artwork and it took them a whole week longer than how long they originally told us it would take to get everything done. By the time we finally got our Invites back they werent even done the way we asked them to be done.
