The last 2 times weve come weve had absolutely terrible service! The waiter barely stopped by and got our orders and I had to go to the bar myself grab our drinks! This is unfortunate b/c We love eating here the food and drinks are always great!

Got there at 5:45, requested a table for 8, hostess said they had a table available but they needed it at 7. We said thats fine and took the table. While waiting for the rest of our group, the hostess made several comments about how they still hadnt arrived. The rest of our group arrived at 6:10. Ordered calamari for an app, mediocre more fried vegetables than actual calamari. I got the crab stuffed dover sole with a caper dill sauce and potatoes with Brussels sprouts. My fish was cold, the sauce might as well have been watered down mayonnaise, the potatoes and brussel sprouts had no flavor. I barely even ate half of it and I notified our waiter that the fish was cold and the meal was flavorless. He said he would talk to the chefs. Come 6:40, the group reserved for 7 arrived. The waitress made multiple comments to them saying they were waiting on our table to be done, pointing out our table as the new party is standing right beside us. Awkward. The check comes and my meal was still one the ticket, I wasnt going to argue because OBVIOUSLY they wanted us to leave but I think if you say your meal sucks and barely eat any of it, you should be comped for it. Needless to say, we will not be returning and they should consider hiring a new hostess.

Great food, poor execution. My wife and I were coming to Bentonville and wanted a good place to eat. This looked promising. Made reservations via phone number. When we arrived, reservations weren't in the computer. Sat at sushi bar. Sushi chef was awesome. Most other servers seemed to just scowl as they went in and out of the kitchen. Really gave a downer vibe. Cocktails took forever, bartender couldn't talk and shake simultaneously (seriously, it was funny to watch, then got ridiculous when we had to wait 20 minutes). We received out appetizers pretty quick. Entrees were put on hold. Server brought us our check for food we never received. Rather than just canceling the food we didn't get, he got the food anyway. At this point, the dining experience was just shot, so we had them box it up. When we got back to the hotel, the sides we ordered weren't in the boxes. Food quality was good, but I would only ever go back for sushi, and if I was at the sushi bar. Waitstaff scowls ruin the experience for diners. I know it is a tough job, I have done it, but you put a smile on and work through it. Maybe this is the new normal, but it isn't pleasant. Caution choosing this place.
