John we have a dealer prep fee which i. Took off and got you a great deal. Im sorry you didnt see it that way I will try in the future to be more clear. We spent 4 hours together and everything was laid out on paper and disclosed. False advertisements on the list prices. They add more ridiculous amount of money to the price and scam you with the reconditioning fee. Manager was forcing the sale and came across too aggressive. Stay away!!

Trisha You called on the phone and told me you had a settlement coming and your attorney would advance you. You were looking at a Mitsubushi sport utility. You and your husband asked me to take 3000 now and wait until February when your case was settled to pay me. Im sorry but I cant as I explained do that deal unlesss you wanted to secure the balance fron a bank I offered you the opportunity to fill out bank info you and your husband did not want to go that route. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Tried to come in with a CASH PAYMENT..... Michael, the GENERAL MANAGER, was texting and not really talking to me when I was asking questions. He said me coming down was a waste of my time, blunt out..... I wasn't even allowed to look inside the car!!!! REALLY?!?!?!?! So I'll take my $20,000+ cash somewhere else!!! We had decided to buy 2 cars but didn't get a chance to talk about the second one sooo...... Sorry my stack of a cash for a bigger purchase was a waste of time
