I recently went to the care center 2 days ago arrived at 6:40 I sat there until about 7:20 without being called, finally I went to someone and asked them will I be seen soon being I was the only one still there. They finally registered me I told them I wanted to go to clothing and the food pantry one of the volunteers yelled and said that its too late you have to go to one or the other at this point but I told him I was there since 6:40. So Im whatever okay! I get to the pantry part grab what I needed but then as Im leaving I mention to them that I thought I can receive diapers because I have a child in diapers they stated that they couldnt and that I would need to come back mind you Im looking at the rack with the diapers! I was so upset Ive been coming to the care center for a while now but the way the volunteers talked to me and treated me is uncalled for! I am also a member of the church. I will not be going back to the care center I will find help elsewhere.

I know the church has got to be beautiful.Although I had a bad expierience with the car care team.I spoke to a man named Dave he asked all of my information for there. Car care program .He even double checked to make sure they could and would help me.I gave him all the codes and he made my appointment 10 days later.I was promised they would be able to fix my car.And that I would pay for parts and no labor.I was asked to clean everything out of my car so they could detail it .I was waiting on a hip injection all winter through this pandemic.I feel something went very wrong! I left the car for 2 hours had to panick how I was going to get a ride out there.After all of that I was handed a paper and was told they don't do the work there.Then why would You waste my time energy and breathe.Because now I have no car of my own to drive.Oh and when I called the place in rolling meadows that I was referred to the man asked who was going to pay for it.I called the car care back they said they wouldnt.But the man did offer me 20 percent off! Yeah I have triple AAA they offer thattoo.So now i guess I will cancel my ins my AAA and hope I find a way to either fix my veichle or sell it.I just think the way they did it is not the way to do business

They said on 02/26/2020 that they only help people who go to there church 2 x weeks and you have to Christian mr Chris who was intake person he said Debbie not there he make discussion please look in to this all this years you been serving good why we doning now like this kind of talk some Disable person cannot come 2x times month in the church This is 501c3 so dont do that next time God is waching us
