I had a LV garment bag made into a pocketbook. I selected the bag that I wanted to duplicate from their own inventory. The finished product looked nothing like what I ask. They're bags maybe great, just don't ask them to make something from scratch for you. I was so disappointed that I never used the bag and gave the finished product away.

I got a bag for my new baby that is coming soon. I looked at all kinds of brand name bags and they were all overpriced. I saw VT's beautiful backpack and had to have it! I called and was able to speak to TJ and he showed me the bags in store happily on video. I got the tan colored Lou Lou. What a gorgeous bag! I also had them make one for my mom in another design in red. The other man that was there was also very friendly and helpful. The price was a bit high but worth it for something that will last a really long time, hand made by a leathermaker and also beautiful. If you can afford LV and all those expensive bags check them out. They are a great small business and will give you exactly what you need. They have also been in business for more than 30 years. These owners are thieves and liers! They switched the leather I chose to make the belt and it was made wrong. Tried to fix and made wrong again. 3rd time changed the leather and did not have them make the holes because I did not trust they would not screw it up. For $130 get it right the first time. I could have bought 3 belts at Macys for the same money
