This clinic use to be good at one point of time. They've made so many changes that help themselves out but not the patient. Before, I could feel sick and go, now I need an appointment to get sick. They give you the run around around when it's time for you prescriptions. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to come to this place. Your better off at home than coming here. You can be dying and they still leave you waiting even if the clinic's empty. They all have bad way of helping. I've been without my meds for 2 weeks now. I'm just going to make the switch in clinics today.

Horrible servicio por parte de las Recepcionistas son PÉSIMAS quien las autorizó para tomar decisiones que no les pertenecen Lastima por la doctora Cabral Pocas como ella tan dedicadas a sus pacientes!! ., según por COVID llevan unas reglas absurdas, 1. Para obtener una cita hay que rogarles (recuerden que de nosotros salen SUS SALARIOS) 2. Una vez que tuviste consulta a formarte nuevamente para la próxima cita (dejen sus celulares y trabajen no pretendan) 3. Para obtener un archivo ufffff mande email y agruegue si ID y tal información ., espere a ser contestado 4. Ellas saben NO la Doctora!!! 5. Podria enumerar miles de reclamos y fallas que an tenido!! haci que hoy fue la última que toleró su pésimo servicio., me llevo a mis hijos a otra clinica ADIÓS NORTHEAST COMMUNITY CLINC IN BELL !!! Ni una se merecen , la puse solamente para poder ingresar mi comentario !!! -
