I love how this story is totally fabricated and its pretty sad that people leave fabricated stories. First of all, we WARNED you that our DTG printer inks (one of our T-shirt printing process for small orders) doesnt REACT well to anything polyester and you still INSISTED to print it knowing its going to look terrible like we warned you about. My worker also came out to warn us about the material for a second time not knowing we discussed it. That goes to show we care and know our product. And you still INSISTED on getting it printed because you liked the fancy shirt you brought in. We also mentioned we had shirts we could supply and also helped guide you through your email to get the right file to us. So how did we act as if you were an inconvenience Weve been in business for over 10 years and we have tons of return clients. We cant make everyone happy but we try. Second, its funny how youre saying we arent busy when you were there for only 10 minutes and didnt go in our back warehouse. Our front office is quite so we can concentrate on walk ins, phone calls and emails with no loud machines printing.

I am amazed that business with such poor client service still exists in this day and age. They asked me to bring my own shirts, which was ok but never bothered to mention had to 100% cotton for their machines to print , I get there and its like Im inconveniencing them even though theyre hardly busy. Their printer unsurprisingly produces poor quality print. I ended up going down the street to LV Express it and the lady was so helpful- the tshirts look incredible for our little girls birthday. Lesson learned to trust reviews.
I love your professional review. It only shows why we rejected you as a customer and youve never came into our location to see our printing or to talk. You saw pictures online and chose us to print for you but when we couldnt help you and rejected the order, we get a bad review. Its always the people that dont get printing from us or dont understand the entire printing process. How didnt we hear your order if we told you nah in response? Which Im sure we said no we cant do it.

This loser didnt even hear me out on my order, he just said nah. What a joke of a shop, their prints look awful too. Stay away from this clown car.
Ronald the owner is super nice and courteous. His prices are great. He provides great service. I will be a repeat customer. I would recommend to friends and family.
Im so sorry but you twisted our words. You didnt want to pay for a design and decided to do it yourself. You asked us how to do it and we said we cant teach you how to design. Its not that simple and theres a reason people go to a 4 years school to learn it. We also mentioned that theres some videos on YouTube to help you.

I wish I could give this company negative stars. First, I had to reach out to them several times, each time initiating communication, because there is such a lack of professionalism, lack of communication, and lack of assistance. You would think I was not a new paying customer. The worst customer service ever. Who tells their new customer they would need to have gone to graphic design school to send a file to them in the correct format? Do all of your customers need to have graphic design experience to receive service? Im curious. Also, where are your customer service skills. Oh Im sorry, maybe you do not feel the need to treat your customers with decency and respect because you are a multi-million dollar company (youre not), so who cares about 1 customer complaint? Do you not know Word of Mouth is the best form of marketing. I am going to make it my mission to let everyone business associate and person I come in contact with to never do business with you or your lack luster company.
