I have rated this business 1 star because 0 is not an option.I made an appointment yesterday for 11:45. I get to my parking spot in the gables, which was a mission. I called the receptionist, told her I was running a few minutes late and she has the face to tell me that my stylist is unavailable and that she is very punctual. I arrive a couple minutes later and my stylist is sitting next to the person I spoke to without a customer in her chair. The look on her face was priceless. I tell her I just need a quick hair cut so she starts on my hair and she offers me a beard trim. I agree and get a trim and a hair cut for 63.00 dollars. Lol oh I tipped as well . 73 total. This place is very unprofessional and very over priced. I will not return and suggest you stay away as well.

Carlos thank you for review and I am sorry that you felt this way on your last visit. Yes we have changed some of our staff but as you mentioned in your review, Sergio the barber was great just like the rest of our staff. You make a good point about the items out of place and the cleanliness and I will make sure to attack this issue immediately as this is unacceptable. Your appointment was on Sunday, Memorial weekend and it was easy to get an appointment as we had 7 Barbers working to accommodate our clients, which is much more than most barber shops on Sundays. I really hope you do come back and give us another opportunity in the future so we can make it up to you. Rick Alberty

This place is not what it used to be. Barber was great, Sergio, but a lot has changed. There used to be a huge attention to detail. There was never anything out of place or dirty. Now all the corners have hair and dirt. 2 random refrigerators in the middle of the floor. 2 random carts with hair products on the floor facing the door. Havent been there in 2 years. Not only did all the barbers leave but the place is not as clean as it used to be. Even the upscale vide it used to have is gone. You couldnt ever get an appointment on a holiday weekend before. Today I was able to get an appointment without issue. There were no appointments at any other barber shop. I really used to love this place but its a shame. I will not be returning.

It used to be very consistent quality haircuts but now not so much. You get a barber once and the next time that you come back for a haircut they have left.
