This review it for the location at 7751 Barker cypress 77433, I never write reviews but always read them , and I did here before I enrolled my son at this daycare, but I have to say my experience was totally different and disappointed, and unprofessional, and I think other parents should know before they enroll their children . ( my background) I work with the school district( not with children) I also did training on how to take care and work with children, the district policy, also have teachers in my family that work with children my sons age. My son is 2 years when I enrolled my son's the director and staff was so nice I started to feel comfortable with them , the first day I left him they say he cried alot and didn't eat anything, I was sad but understand he missed me , the second day the same this time they say my 2 year old tried to open the door and ran out when I left, I couldn't understand why they wasn't watching him and how did he reach to the door , the 3rd day they director ( Roselin) told me if he continues to try to open the door they wouldn't be able to care for him anymore, when she said that I withdrawn him immediately, because that tells me they are not professional and knows nothing about caring for a child and only working with children for a cheque, a child is new to your school, new teachers everything is so new to a 2 year old , he will cry for his mother and want to leave, you shouldn't act like the child is a problem after 2 days , you comfort that child , make them feel safe with you that's how a child adjust to a new environment. Those teachers need training or are probably not mother's, they should not be allowed to care for other people children, because they dont know the meaning of the word ( CARE ).

The teachers here are very loving. The curriculum is intriguing for all ages and the facility is very clean! Great place with great prices!

If I can give them a zero star I would, cause thats what they deserve. They are very unprofessional, they told my Godson Mother to not bring my godson there no more. They made her feel bad, stressed, made her cry. No Mother should feel the way they made her feel yesterday. He was only there for 2 days and they didnt want him to go back. They should be able to handle any type of kids. My baby is only 2 years old They just want your money and dont care for your kids.
