Despite the ambience and the outstanding wait staff, our dinner experience was mediocre. We were looking forward to having dinner there to celebrate two birthdays in the family. We had been here for brunch a couple of times and enjoyed outstanding meals. That's why the dinners were such a disappointment. A Cesar salad was a whole uncut stalk of Romain laid on a plate with a meager amount of tasteless dressing on top and a few croutons. The lasagna was lukewarm and bland. The chicken parm was served on a bed of barely warm pasta with very little sauce. The beef dish looked the best but was also served barely warm. The charcuterie board was good, as were the wine and drinks. We'll go back for breakfast, but not dinner.
Very good food but not worth the money in my opinion. Hostess station was left unattended so we had to get a hotel employee to assist us. I will say the service was outstanding, once we were seated. Prices are high, portions are decent, and the food is fairly flavorful. Ambiance is mediocre. Restaurant is connected to the hotel lobby bathroom area, and lots of traffic going through the restaurant from non diners. Overall I give it a 3 out of 5.
Horrible service. Hostess was no where to be found when we arranged had multiple parties waiting. We were finally seated after 20 minutes even though we had a reservation. Good was burnt, under seasoned and were micro portions. We left hungry and disappointed. Will never return and definitely would not recommend spending your hard earned money in this establishment.
