Do not waste your time or money! The manager is very rude and nasty and was perfectly fine with destroying my shirts and not rectifying the situation.

This customer came into our Pembroke location and sent us an email complaining about the customer service she received after just coming in to ask a few questions regarding some shirts she was looking to get made. She sent us an emailing saying that our employee apparently seemed annoyed while helping her. We talked to her on the phone and she was telling us what type of people to hire to work at retail. She was being racist by mentioning that the lady that works there couldn't speak english and that she is not qualified to hold a customer service positon. In our stores we do not tolerate any racism or discriminate anyone by race, religion. or color. We will not be doing business with her or are not willing to do business with any customers that come in with this type of mindset about others.

I just walked out of the store and am sitting kn the mall parking lot as i type this. The woman working seemed annoyed that I came in wanting to order a shirt. She was unwilling to help me with finding a shirt in the messy racks of shirts. She got mad when I asked if these were all the shirts. I never even got to the point of a design.
