Just contacted Flymo UK k few minutes ago. A had to wait the phone to ring 26 times to get an answer, at the end a young lady answer and direct me to the parts department ,. My query was for the start& stop Handel of a Flymo Ht 600 trimmer, the young lady in parts department after consulting some one at the background told me that they do not sale this part although is a separate part of the trimmer. I was very surprised...... So all people who are thinking of buying any Flymo tools have this think in mind. From now on I will buy Bosch who are supplying every little part of all their tool.

I've worked for Husqvarna AB's Consumer Brands Division that includes Flymo as well as other brands; their European head office, based in Newton Aycliffe has been an excellent place to work and maintains the highest levels of professionalism while encouraging free-thinking, and experimentation. Highly recommend this division as an employer and the facilities on-site are pretty good, with an excellent subsidized canteen. Look out for Dave's curry on a Friday! :D

****Do NOT buy this product ************ Never ever think about buying this Robotic Flymo 1200 R or similar. The demo video is just attractive but reality is different. Customer support : you need to take relaxation tablet before you dial the number. Keep on hold for at least 10 min and all the advisors are busy !!! Not surprised at all! First time a very old lady picked the phone up and it took 15 min to get my email address , postal address and phone number correctly but never send any email as she promised. Second time next day the same lady picked the phone up and it seems it is only her dealing with customers!!!! Technical support: It is a joke, no idea what they talking about , poor knowledge. Feedback : nil Brand new lawn mower, does not operate . Following instructions is just wasting your time! Please do not invest in Flymo products. Today received a phone call from a friend of mine who complained about the Flymo products too !
