According to the FAQ posted on Ledbury's website, their clothing is made "in small European factories distinguished by their high level of craftsmanship." I ordered some items from them, and each one was very clearly marked "Made in China". This information is nowhere to be found on their website. That's not very honest, is it?
Bought 2 sweaters from Ledbury and before I could even wear one of them, the zipper fell off. I emailed not one, but two customer service representatives that have yet to respond to my issue and this was months ago
Thank you so much for your support, we feel strongly about a great in-store experience like you had, Wendell. Hope to see you soon.

Another fantastic Lebury experience! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Anne and Tori. Both provided excellent customer care, and they are knowledgeable about their products and fashion in general. I appreciate them making me feel special and for their help in guiding me to pick the perfect shirt. Whats more; Tori remembered my name from a previous Ledbury visit over 6 months ago. How cool and awesome that is! Thanks, ladies for making my day a little brighter! With gratitude, Wendell
Thank you so much for your feedback, Eric. We look forward to seeing you in our store again soon.

Outstanding product but even better customer service. I was in a pinch and the gals (Tori and London I believe?) couldnt have been more helpful. 6/5 stars . Thanks!!
We appreciate your feedback and are glad we were able to connect on the phone to talk things out. While your situation was unique, we regret the inconvenience it caused. We've made adjustments to our training and processes and our custom suiting orders are now being fulfilled without incident. We understand if you'd like to shop somewhere else, but welcome the opportunity to show you our improvements! All the best, Ledbury.

I have attempted to buy custom suits on more than one occasions at this store and each time the orders were lost, had to be re-taken, re-measured and ultimately 5-6 months to get clothes in when the promise was six weeks. part of the problem was turn-over and part not having basic systems in place to process the orders. This store is "all show and no go" with a nice presentation and cool store front but less than zero attention to customer service or follow-up. They request 100% up front which means they have all of the leverage. There are a dozen stores in Richmond that do a better job and I am kicking myself for for trying them again after the first negative experience. You like to give people the benefit of the doubt but it is clear this operation has short-term priorities and are not interested in building good will or a reputation for quality in the industry.
