***DO NOT USE THEM*** The most disrespectful and unprofessional management I've ever experienced. My wife, and co-owner, of our clothing line had the "shop manager" say an inappropriate comment about the shirts we were trying to get screen printed. We looked passed that and the mistakes they had made on our order due to the fact that they were a fellow Shreveport ran business. Our 2nd experience, they were beginning to make another mistake, so I had my mother go pickup my merchandise to take somewhere else. She asked for help loading the boxes into her car, and she was ignored. As she was walking out to the car, the "shop manager" (yes, the same one) mumbled to her co-worker, "you can help her if you want. That's your call". Needless to say, I would NEVER recommend them for ANYTHING!

I'm not quite sure where the ball was dropped but I contacted Mindy at Sign Mechanic regarding a logo revamp and sign. She told me she worked with a graphic artist and would get with her and they would get started. Not knowing and having failed to ask for a time frame, over a month went by and I called Mindy for an update. She informed me she had given all my information to Holly at Port City and was surprised when I told her I had not been contacted. She assumed everything was taken care of. I then called Holly and left a message because she was out of the office. No call back. I called again today and Holly said she didn't know anything about it. She informed me she looked through her files and couldn't find anything on my request and had received my message yesterday but I guess she didn't think I required a call back. The lack of concern regarding the mishap from both companies was a true disappointment.
