Staff is very rude, called several times with no answer then got put on hold for about 15 minutes. When I finally got someone on the phone they acted like I was bothering them.

Our organization recently had an outdoor event in Ft. Pierce. Kevin and Jake were unbelievably patient, responsive, professional and accommodating. We had multiple requests including signage, oversized graphics and varied outdoor banners, all on an extremely tight deadline. They worked with us closely, going well above and beyond to deliver high quality results on time. I would strongly recommend their services and would certainly use them again.

The staff at Dragonfly are professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating. We ordered large banners through Christina, to promote our business. The banners were very high quality and have withstood the rain, storms and high temperatures without fading or falling apart. Next, we ordered truck art, logos and lettering. Jake came to our office to discuss the options and ideas. After a quick art-approval, Dragonfly made availability that worked for us to get our trucks complete. From colors and design, to quality and customer service, no one beats Dragonfly! Very pleased! Highly recommended!

You get what you pay for, but with DragonFly you will pay it twice. STAY AWAY! The worst graphic company I worked with. The times are a joke, quotes are given after a week, revisions take another week - if lucky. And maybe, you will get your order right. Not in my case.
