The worst prescription prescriber ever!!! They will do anything to screw you out of money! They make you jump through all kind of hoops that other prescribers wouldnt think twice about. Avoid this company at all cost unless you have a lot of free time to sit on the phone and make sure you have a ton of Advil for the massive headaches you will most definitely get ( oh and make sure you dont try get them to cover that Advil either).
At first I had a problem with this company but then much to my surprise and delight the customer service agent worked with me until the issue was resolved. The lady went above and beyond to get the problem resolved the same day and I had called late in the afternoon!! The lady was NICE, understanding, and respectful. She called my boyfriend's pharmacy and found out that the reason his medication wasn't able to be filled was because they hadn't received a new prescription when they told us they had and blamed this company! Thank goodness for the outstanding customer service or my boyfriend who's fighting cancer would have been in a very bad way. THANK YOU Envision RX!! You're amazing and we're very thankful to have coverage with your company! Keep up the excellent service!!
I spoke with kameisha today. She was very unprofessional. All I wanted to know is if ALL my medicine was shipped to me, it was clear she didnt feel like looking that up for me,as she said I already gave you a tracking number yesterday which was true, however, the tracking number doesnt tell me if all my meds were shipped at once.. she argued w me about looking it up.. I thought the customer was supposed to be first???! Then she had the nerve to tell me not to talk to her like that like what? Because I said she was unprofessional? Id bet Im not the only one who has complained about her.
Worst customer service ever. Called and spoke to 4 different rep's. Not one of them could help me with determining which tier our insurance coverage was under or answer any questions on coverage at all.
