I had Landon as a Salesman. Purchasing process was very smooth. It was the after that was very frustrating for me. For that reason I will never take my business to Landon or this establishment again. I reached out to him multiple times. Yes I understand people are busy so I left voicemails, never got a call back. When test driving the vehicle I was told I wouldnt get approved for it. ( I was approved for it ). Just not the type of place you should buy a car from. Youd think after spending 50K on one of South Pointes vehicles they would call you back if you had a question about it.

Had picked out a vehicle, began negotiating, they came back and said we didnt realize that truck had the wrong sticker on it and that it was going to be several thousand more. Complete bait and switch. Would not recommend this dealership for anyone.
