For the first time ever, in years, we've come away disappointed. What a shame! Just very un-smily and SO un-helpful staff. Food was ok but just OK. Choice of food nolonger how it used to be. The "semlor"'s lids weren't finished. Asked to buy milk for the baby, but that was impossible!!! A friend asked for cream on a rather dry cake!! Impossible! Plainly unwilling to give the usualyl good service!
