Fun and reasonably priced. Good food and drinks. Not as many runs as the other hills in the area and they are shorter but still fun. Rental staff was completely inattentive and borderline rude.
Thanks for your review. As our policy states, we do not accept late arrivals. Not only do late arrivals impact our staff, but anything less then 90 minutes can make a lesson ineffective. With the volume of students we see on a weekend day, we simply cannot accommodate late arrivals. This is also why we ask that students arrive 30-40 minutes PRIOR to the lesson start time.

I took my 5-year-old boy and 7-year-old girl to their one-on-one private ski lessons. The staff checked us in, rent us skis, but after my son put on gears and we were told his instructor went to help with another group and couldnt be found. Teen employee said we were late so we forfeit the class and nothing could be done and no refund could we get. But my girl and all other students arrived after us got into their lessons. Teen employees kept lying on things and made excuses. The self proclaimed female owner appeared and wasnt able to help but only defend for the employees. Do not recommend this place since they dont care about customers. Will go to Blackhawk ski club or cascade mountains instead.

In four lessons, my kiddo went from no experience at all to linking turns and beautifully navigating the beginner slopes. Now on to bigger challenges, and a lifetime of fun in the winter! Fair pricing and excellent instructors. Ask for Ellie, she's fantastic!
Thanks for the feedback. In regards to our change in parking flow, we received a number of compliments following the WIJARA races and feel it accommodated our needs associated with the increased traffic as well as balancing all of our other (non-race) customers that are also paying customers.

Owner was not nice to customers at all, was rude and had a bad attitude. Nice ski hill, but that left a bad taste in our mouth about his attitude towards customers. Owner should remember that all of WIJARA are paid customers. Lots of families disappointed with new traffic flow and not welcoming all paid customers. At the end of the day, its a parking lot. Who cares where people park. Owner used explicit language towards customers. Not good.
