William, sorry for the frustrations. We are currently working on a new road sign for the new location for better visibility. As for the original MACkite downtown location, 106 Washington, it is still alive and kicking with the latest games, toys, stunt kites and fashion apparel. Please stop by our new location on Hayes and we can give you a complete tour of the new facility. Including our new Electric Bike demo track behind the building. Sorry to hear you had a less than stellar experience, Kristin! Our showroom is currently closed, but we are more than happy to assist customers over the phone, and do have a designated area for contactless pick-up for those who prefer to get their order that way. It seems you may have missed the large coned off area and sign that requests customers call rather than entering our showroom/warehouse as well as our current website banner. We're currently running a lean team and trying to keep everyone healthy. We do look forward to getting back to normal operations, but for now we're bobbing and weaving and trying to handle things the best we can for our staff. We made two trips both close to an hour each way to visit the store with calling for information beforehand. The first trip we arrived to a closed store that we were told was open. The second trip we made the next day we arrived, again calling to confirm that the store was open and someone was there to help us. We were told to meet Pat at the side of the building. After standing in the rain outside we were yelled at by store staff when we opened the door. Worst customer service experienced ever. We have multiple businesses in the West Michigan area and would never recommend this company to anyone.

We were in Grand Haven in July. We wanted to rent stand up paddle boards for the day. Great service, great prices, great products, great experience!! We had a blast and the customer service was fantastic! Can't wait to get back up there and rent from them again.

GREAT KB place. Ryan and Chris and Roxy could not have been nicer or more informative. New guy, passing by, gained months, maybe years of knowledge from them. Good selection and lots of hands on stuff. The go-to place in the MI area and online.

Sorry to hear you didn't have a smooth experience, Eduardo. I don't see any order in our system from you - feel free to message us the details so we can investigate further and try to prevent something like this in the future. With regards to treating anyone any differently because of ethnicity, that's the antithesis of how we do business. Kiteboarding is very much a sport that brings people together, united by stoke. products on the site don't have the attendant a rude prejudiced charged my card and after 5 days came and said not having the product that was on sale forcing me to buy a more expensive product lack of respect just because i'm mexican i was treated badly
