The first time we popped in here by chance to get a polo for our business done they were very quick and were reasonably priced. The second time we came in they raised the price $5 a shirt but they said it would be ready in about an hour. We came back in an hour and only 1 of 3 shirts was ready but we were told they would call us when the other 2 were done. A week later we called and let them know we never received a call that our shirts were ready. They told us sorry that they would be done by 1 that afternoon. We came in the next day to find out that the shirts had not even been done and were forced to again wait and come back. After picking up the shirts we would be using for our business the printing we had requested for one of the shirts was wrong and looked like it had been slapped together. I hate giving bad reviews but this was really disappointing and very inconvenient for us to have to drive out of our way more than once a week later to pick up a PRE-PAID for order that was again not ready.

Cant give more than 2 stars. Shirt didnt arrive in time for the event I needed it for. Even though I ordered it far enough in advance. Got told Friday that the shirt would be here by Monday. But wasnt even mailed until Tuesday. Did get a refund and the shirt, but this company's online ordering is not reliable. Thanks for the free shirt, but I do not recommend this business.

Unfriendly service. Was the guy who pulled a short right out of package to have the lady tell me I could not have lettering done to it since it didn't have a tag on it. But I got better more prompt service at Duece Shirts in Kettering
