Hello, Unfortunately, the facts are not 100 percent correct regarding your review. Completing an embroidery job on 15 hats is possible, however the product you are giving us already has an embroidered letter (product photo shows a Texas Rangers T). To anyone who hasnt been in this industry for over 30 years, I can understand why you dont understand why we cannot complete this task. However, had these items been blank this job would be no issue whatsoever. But as stated above, your product already has a previously embroidered letter. If we had said yes to this job your letters on each side could have potentially overlapped and went over your Texas Rangers T resulting in a poorly done hat. As a small business owner, who takes extreme pride in the quality of the work they produce, this was the simple reason of us declining a job in which we felt would have been poorly executed. Additionally in response to your poor review on our business, your email was sent and through no fault of our own it was in our spam folder. Youre rating our business based on me telling you that what you want is not something I can provide at the high standards in which we do all our business at. We wish you and your business well and hope that you can find the humanity to understand the magnitude of the effects a bad review can have on a small business, especially when that review is falsely reported.

I sent a detailed email with a design I wanted for embroidery (4 letters and 1 small logo) 3 days later I finally get a response that states the embroider can not do this design What can he not do ? If he cannot embroid letters what can be done? A lot of these companies only want to do easy designs that they have already made , or quick and easy projects My advice is find a company who is willing to work with you , without the consumer (us) there is no company. Do not let a company tell you what you can put for a design.

WoW!! Every step of my experience with them was first class!! Never had anything screen printed before. Like everyone I went online. Checked out too many websites to count. I prefer to use local when possible so started that search. Found 508tees and my search ended thankfully. They guided me through the entire process and at the end produced exactly what I had in my mind. I mean exactly how I pictured it. Start to finish maybe 10/14 days. Price was cheaper than any online sites and I checked a few dozen. Thanks for our T's 508.
