Worst experience ever. Was supposed to see a home with Rhonda and she never showed. Called Howard Hanna and they had her on the line and she dropped the call. Was given her number and had to leave a voicemail that she never returned. Had to call back to Howard Hanna and see if they could find anyone to show us the home since we had driven the entire way to see it. Was on hold for over 20 minutes before finally giving up. Worst experience and very unprofessional.

If I could rate negative stars I would....A group of lazy,self serving GREEDY individuals .These jokers make car salesmen look like saints. The showing service they employ are even worse.6 calls in an hr....Bullying is frowned upon in today's society ....GET A CLUE ....

Buyers beware!!!! Make sure you read every single letter of your contract/mortgage. Howard Hanna will not disclose very crucial aspects of your contract. For instance property taxes. We were not informed that the previous owner of our home was on the homestead act. Therefore our taxes doubled our first year and quadrupled over 5 years. They are very unprofessional and if they are selling you one of their houses they will make sure they sell it to you no matter what. Also we found out from neighbors that 2 people died in the home and 1 of which rotted in our now living room for 3 days before he was found. Also no disclosed to us. I really wish I could have given zero stars.
