We are renting a house with WRI and of course we have to go through Resipro for our maintenance needs. If I could give 0 stars, believe me, I would. For 11 days we have been without A/C. We submitted two maintenance requests (one on Tuesday and another on Thursday) we hadnt heard back on any of these so on Saturday we called their line. It wasnt during business hours so we were directed to the emergency hotline as no A/C is specifically listed as an emergency. My husband and I called 3 times on Saturday, each time we were directed to an answering machine because all of their representatives were busy....yeah right, no one was there and we never got a call back. Monday morning we waited to receive a call and never got one. Finally, my husband called and was told that they were having issues getting in touch with the vendor. Then magically 45 minutes later, the maintenance man was at my door. He stated that he had not been contacted until 30 minutes before his arrival. He tried to clean out filters and such, then tells me to call him if there is still an issue. I call the next day, he sends someone out to look. The entire unit needs to be replaced, he submitted a change order and three days later it still has not been approved. I get that its the Fourth of July weekend but this should have been taken care of last week. I called the emergency line again today (July 5th) and I am instructed to leave a message as all of the representatives are busy. Well I know how this goes, this means my work order will not be approved before the weekend, I will have to wait until Monday to call to actually speak to someone, then I will have to wait for the maintenance man to be available (hes fantastic, no issue there), we will have to wait for a new unit to be installed, and it will have been well over 2 weeks that we have been living in a home that has an inside temp of 80 degrees with no ceiling fans. Its too hot upstairs to even go up there. I work from home and my office is up there, not to mention our bed is upstairs. We cant live in half of the home we pay good money for. This is not our first issue with this company and maintenance issues. We had an exposed wire in the basement and the change order was not approved in a timely manner. Our electrician fixed it without an approved change order because the house was in danger of burning down (we have pictures). We also had an issue getting a garage door fixed. Nothing is done in a timely manner. Whats worse is that there is no representative at the emergency line, what if someone had a tree fall through their house?! I fully expect the company to respond to this review saying they would like to discuss these issues further. So yes, I would love that opportunity. Give me the number to call and I will call it. I fully expect no one to answer. Im ready to move out. This house sat vacant for 3 months, good luck finding another tenant.
