Awful customer service and experience!!! I never got an email reply from "John" when I emailed this person for help. I paid to have my order mailed to my house, instead they mailed it to my son's school. When I tried calling, they're phone rang busy.

This company is horrible! I have been charged for my product and never have received it. I ordered a month ago and they promptly charged me but I have yet to see my order! I have sent emails and never get an answer back from "John." Don't use this place! I have informed the school.

They don't have proper procedure in place to take a credit card payment. When I placed my order for some shirt, they asked me to write down the credit card #, but receipt was never given. Then two weeks prior to the order delivery they left me several messages asking different info such as credit card code, then another message saying that they need credit card expiration date. Any time I tried calling them back the sales person Sue is not in the office or she is with the other customer. I dont have time to go through this hustle. This is ridiculous! I ended up cancelling the order.
