My experience with 123 System Solutions was outstanding. I took my Mac mini to have a new hard drive installed.and they broke one of the mother board connectors. They loaned me a MacBook Pro (in new condition) to use while they attempted to repair it. They also offered to sell the loaner to me at a price well below the usual price which I bought.. In addition they installed a bigger hard drive at no extra cost. They went well beyond what was needed to correct their mistake. Tom was a pleasure to work with. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He took time to explain much of the mechanics involved with the repairs.
