1 star is too much! No concept of customer service. Arranged delivery between 8-10, nothing had turned up by 12, phoned to complain as had wasted all morning waiting in for them and had to leave for work. No apology, just an ignorant answer of you'll have to wait for it. Avoid at all cost!
