Emon Ferdinand is a liar and swindler. Emon offered a deal and then backed out on it. They fool you into a deal and then lie and back track. Do not waste your time. GM Joey did not help either.

Called parts department on friday may 13th at 6:50 pm and asked the parts guy what bmw dealer had my part in stock the guy said hold on and hung up on me, thanks for the great service. Whoever is answering the phone in the parts department should be working for a junk yard not a bmw dealer.

This past Saturday, Ray Catena Westchester BMW and my service rep, Jorge Ghiggia took care of my car emergency and got my car back @ 1pm, saving the rest of my weekend.
