Sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service you received. We attemted to contact you several times. We had no idea that your phone was not working and you did not get the messages. But as stated on Saturdays we are open till 4pm despite your opinion that we should be open till 6:30 like Mon-Fri.

I usually go to this place in the Harlem irving plaza, this year we decided to get my son+daughters t shirts for birthday at this place. First all we didn't get the design we wanted, and the day before the party they closed earlier than work hours. Did not receive a call before closing. Therefore my son and daughter did not have their shirts on their big day. So disappointing. Go somewhere else these people need to get it together, I wish I could give them 0 stars. Quality of the shirts is dirt cheap, literally sticker peeling off shirt. Don't make the mistake I did, look elsewhere!

Our items we use are 100% First Quality and A Industry Standard. Same uniforms are used in Every Grammar School and High School. Sorry they did not meet your standards but most Reinberg parents and students love our products.

Cheap quality, out of shaped, and odd sized clothes. Reinburg needs to find another vendor. Will not return here for my childs gym uniform.

A week before the Des Plaines Fourth of July Parade, my team and I were invited to take part in it. Although we were representing the Des Plaines Chamber of Commerce, we were allowed to wear Rizzo Young Marketing shirts. The only issue is that we had never taken the time to have them created. Enter Trendy Topics. My sister put me in touch with them and within 24 hours we had a completed mock-up of what our shirts would look like. Less than a week after that, our shirts were ready to be picked up. From beginning to end, I was completely astonished by the customer service shown by the Trendy Topics team. Not only that, their pricing was reasonable, too. As soon as we set aside the time to have standard Rizzo Young Marketing gear made, we will certainly be giving Trendy Topics a call.

This store has a terrible customer service!!! I went there a couple of times and will not go NEVER AGAIN. They did a few t-shirts for me. I paid over $30 per one. When I picked them up the quality was terrible, colar was super stretched and material auful. Also the Medium size was like extra Large. A men who works there was mean and rough to me even when I was with little baby. He screamed on me and gave me big attitude that he can not fix the t-shirt. I regret I went there and throw the money into the trash....They are many different places which will appreciate the peoples bussines not them!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!
