The guys turned up more than 40 mins late being first job of the day. The move went ok and thought good until next day when assembled beds. Found mattresses had no doubt been dragged along wooden floor of truck leaving lots of splinters in the 6 month old mattresses and ripping the material apart. Surely if u r going to drag put something under it. I phoned Angela in the office who told me, she would speak to boss Jason- her husband and get back to me next morning, 3 days ago nothing heatd. Not good enough owners or workers.

If you want someone who will turn up don't book The Moving Men. Booked them 3 weeks in advance for 9 am on a Saturday. Called them on the Friday to reconfirm and they pushed me back to midday. Midday came and went so I called them and they said they'll be there at 2, they didn't turn up at 2 and stopped returning my calls or texts. I still haven't heard from the owner. Terrble business

Jason and his team could not have provided a more exceptional service. Moving is so stressful and these guys just brought such a fun and relaxing vibe to the experience. They also took exceptional care with our things not one scratch ! If you want the masters of moving, book the moving men!

Not the type of person to leave reviews but hoping this will save someone else from trusting and using these guys. They tried to rip us off as well as damaged our furniture. Then when the owner came to look at the damages he had agreed to reimburse us, week after week he kept saying it was coming, called again almost a month later and was told theyre not going to pay for the damages and they had only said that so that they would get the money out of us. Will be seeing legal advice and they will be paying. Wouldnt even give them a star at all.
