Mr. Jackson, with all due respect we rejected the returned shoes because the leather sole of the shoes were scuffed and worn, the shoes were not re-sellable as stated in our return policy. As for the sizing, the items that we sell are from different manufacturers so every brand fits differently some brands fit true to size some fit larger or smaller. We treated you with respect and I personally was on top of your order from the start until we shipped it back and declined it due to the soles being used, I was receiving updates with UPS and returning your calls in a timely manner.

My experience with Gator & company is the worst Ever! They sell you very expensive shoes then customers service treat you like you just spent five dollars! The sizes are not correct: All their shoes run big! To make a long story short..please don't buy from Gator & company you will regret your experience! I will post regularly to attempt to save someone else from the experience that i had! Yes i will!!
