This was worth the money! Go for the 30 minute experience, trust me, you wont regret it. The staff were super friendly, and I would definitely go back the next time I visit NYC. Heres a tip- take the subway from the World Trade Center/oculus into Jersey City, and from there take a Lyft/Uber. It is definitely cheaper than taking a taxi to ride share from the city into Kearny.

I did the 30 minute no doors flight and it was worth the money. The team is fun and young - they were very efficient and professional. Safety was a priority too so even the nervous people could have a sense of ease. Highly recommend getting someone a flight as a gift vs. buying people more stuff. Experiences > material things!

May 22, 200 Update: The scam continues, and this time also in the company's false response here to my review. We want to warn everyone here what this company of crooks and liars is. Just as written by Guillaume FARAWAY on May 17th and by many many others (see below). The company charges money from your credit card without any approval and without any prior notice. When trying to reach her to get a REFUND they do not answer, or answer with irrelevant answers. I suggest re-reading my review written here about three weeks ago. Since then Kiara Martinez has written here that she asks me to turn to her. It is important to understand that Kiara's response is intended to create a false impression HERE as if they are reacting and intending to give a relevant answer. However, and just as we thought, Kiara did not respond to our email request. Apparently she is content that the readers of the reviews here will think that the company is giving an answer, but does not really intend to deal with any complaint or interest. Beyond that, about two weeks ago we contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB) who tried to help but they too came back to us now with an answer that FlyNYON did not even respond to their inquiries. BBB wrote to us that they would add the sentence in their company description: "BBB did not receive a response from business." BBB offered us to contact other authorities, which we will do soon. In conclusion, we advise everyone to be very careful of this charlatan company. Once you give them your credit card, they claim that they can take any amount they want from it, and actually charge you extra hundreds of Dollars, and you will have nothing to do about it. The Company charged us a double fee of over $ 500 without prior notice and without prior approval. The company also charged us for a period of time for a subscription fee that we did not ask for at all. In addition, despite many attempts to contact the company through its means of communication on their site, they almost never respond. And when already responding they respond inadequately. Really terrible service!!! Last year I was charged 547$ for two tickets for the NYC Classic Regular on July 5 2021 with my credit card. However when I redeemed that reservation later for a flight on August 16, 2021 they charged me an ADDITIONAL 503$ with the same card without any notice or agreement from my side. In addition, since the 20 of May, they have been charging me a monthly fee of 5.99$ for what you call a subscription, which I did not list for. I wrote them several times, and after many reminders from my side they replied and referred me to a dynamic or surge pricing practice they use. This is outrageous because making total cost additions without any notice and without getting the customer's approval, allows them to charge extra unlimited sums whenever they want - making this section in their web-site and the action they took with us highly unreasonable, especially when the extra charge almost doubles the sum we paid!! We expect to get a refund for all these extra fees and well if the company reads this and will correct the mistake. Otherwise, I would strongly advise anyone to be very careful with this company as you could also be in a situation of them charging you hundreds of dollars without any notice and approval.
