This place is laughable; I walked out after 3 minutes. Without knowing a single detail about my project or budget, Verona acted quite bothered when I asked for a price on a faucet, and implied I was not going to be able to afford it. Your store is on Kingshighway; seriously, get over yourself.

If I could I would give them a zero when the saleman came out to my home he told me and my husband the tile on the kitchen wall would have to be removed with a Jackhammer the tile was never removed it was dry walled over I would not recommend them to no one

Dave is fantastic, knowledgeable, and can help turn your thoughts/design into reality. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions patiently. You could tell he cared more about us getting what we wanted. The delivery was on time and very professional as well.

We recently had our bathrooms remodeled by Modern Kitchen and Bath and we could not be more pleased. The finished bathrooms are gorgeous and their diligence and professionalism throughout the process was exceptional. The worker who performed all of the work, Mike Sillman was extraordinary. Called about getting an estimate for cultured marble. They told me to visit the store. I drive to visit the store and set up and estimate, which nobody showed up for. I took off work for this so I called when they didn't show up, and they weren't going to make it. They gave me an estimate for over six thousand dollars for one shower with cultured marble slabs with a small window (which they never saw). They never gave me pricing details when I first visited the store in person. I could get onyx for that price, and don't appreciate their lack of customer service, and getting the run around for an estimate over the phone, which is what I wanted initially. I called around and other companies can do this same work for under $2,000, which is a third of what they wanted to charge.
