Seemed so accommodating and friendly on the phone and in store, the receptionist seemed willing to go the extra mile, assuring me that the service I paid for could be ready on the same day even though there was a 24hr turn around usually. As I was due to catch a train the same day I couldn't collect later on the same day (friday) so I was assured that it would be ready by the end of the day and available for pick up either Sunday (whilst they were not open for business, but would allow a quick pick up) or Monday morning. As the deadline was Monday I made it very clear that it would need to be ready for Monday, not on Monday and I was met with reassurances so I left feeling like I'd had an excellent experience and was in safe hands. Monday morning came and I arrive to pick up the supposedly finished document only to be told it was 'in progress' ... Seems the message hadn't been passed on by the lovely reassuring professional staff I'd spoken to on the Friday when I dropped off the document. I had to impress upon the staff the urgency of the situation as they seemed very nonchalant about the whole thing. No apologies were given or reassurance that it would never happen again and certainly no discount was offered for the misunderstanding.. Honestly, the only reason I'm not giving 0 stars is because I have a document to hand in and I managed to make my prebooked train with 2 minutes to spare after running out of the office with my order and debit card in hand... Overall not a pleasant experience, I probably wouldn't go back or recommend them. My instructions were clear and delivered in person but still the message seemed to get 'lost in translation'. Disappointed.

This is my first time doing prints in UK, but what a shock. Quality is fine, but price is completely insane about 10 times as expensive as in Denmark. Charged me 36 pounds for 10 of the same A4 color print double sided on 200gram paper. Had to pay as I was going to a meeting, but I would not recommend others to do walk in prints here, it is robbery. I was trying to point it out for the lady at the stand that there surely must have been a mistake, but nope dead serious...

Over the past 6 years Hobs have been without question our 'go-to' guys & gals, a great team who are always on time, target and budget with brilliantly designed, beautifully produced work. I really can't recommend them highly enough... GO HOBS!

This place gave me one of the worst services I've ever had. I walked on a rainy day tired from work and arrived by 18h50. I've requested some doc printing word files, basic. First the door was locked and the shop closes at 8pm. Turns out both employees were out having coffee at same time. When they finally realised I was waiting they came rushing opening the door. In the end refused to print my files saying he was too busy without even looking at them! Ridiculous. Something should be done about this. I won't certainly return.
