So disappointed! I would give no star if I could We ordered the system from them back in January 2020, but we could never open the restaurant due to covid 19. First off, when we ordered the system, the girl Malinda told us the techs would professionally run all the wires and so, but they sent a 20 years young guy to do the job, our original POS could never turned on, so they sent another POS, it might be used by some other restaurant because it was labeled something else. The young kid just "connected" the printers and the POS and left with all the wires hanging. He didn't have any drill nor a ladder, so how could he do the proper job??? So we ended up running the wires ourselves. And no one ever really teach us how to use the system face to face. Yeah you could call or we chat but they just ignore you. We recently opened and have alot to catch up. I have wechat them so many times to update our menu, buy nothing happened. I was told the girl is no longer working there. My son finally figured it out and updated everything. When I call no one ever answer. This is the worst worst worst experience with the company. I thought they are close and give them a try but soooooooo disappointed. Wested my money. I felt like a just bought a computer and I have to figure everything ourselves. Will not recommend or use them again.
