Old lawnmower didnt start and took it here based on the positive reviews. I was told they were about 3 weeks behind in diagnosing movers. After a month and no call, I called them to get a status update. Whoever answered didnt know and said he would call back because the work should have been done by now. No call back came so I went over-found out they had written my phone number down wrong. Turns out the mover was not worth fixing, so I bought a new one there mainly because I could apply the old mover diagnosis fee to the purchase. New mover had the starter cable loop installed wrong-I guess double checking details is lost here.
