The most ATROCIOUS customer service I have ever dealt with. I stayed on hold for 2.5 HOURS before I finally got put in contact with a rep. I had previously filed a warranty claim for a chainsaw which was leaking oil, and they sent me a leaf blower as a replacement instead, so I was calling to get that straightened out. Good products, but GARBAGE company. I urge you not to buy anything from them, because you will be put through hell if you need any kind of assistance

I like what they have to offer but when they're out of stock of the items you want to buy for OVER 6 MONTHS!!! "6 MONTHS!!!", it becomes hard to spend money with them. I have called twice and been told the same story each time. "We'll be getting those in a few months". Unbelievable way of doing business!

I purchased a blower from GreenWorks, but it works just 3-4 minutes, and then it stops. The issue started after three months I bought the blower. I sent an email to the company to check the problem, but after two weeks, nobody responded.
