The Manager and crew were Horrible, this was my Grandson's 1st birthday party, the food was way over priced and not good, they did not stick by what was told to us before we booked the party. Would've been better off going to John's Incredible or Chuck E Cheese, would have saved half my money and had better food and service.

We tried calling you 4 to 5 times and after 1 ring we kept getting sent to voicemail. We left several messages. We did get to talk to you the day before and went over the party package with you and told you that the only food you could bring in was Cake, Cupcakes and Ice cream. You yelled at your party host, another supervisor and when I tried to talk to you, you would not listen and continued to argue and you slammed your hands down on the wall by your party room like an immature kid. I am thankful your husband was better at understanding rules and had a much calmer and adult attitude.

I REGRET BOOKING A PARTY HERE! After booking online, there was no followup from the business. When we did call the day before the party, they had questions about which party package we had booked- this was concerning as they seemed to have no information for a $500+ booking. On the day of, the general manager Sean was incredibly rude, interrupting us as we had questions about their no outside food policy. He even slapped his hands down hard on a counter at one point. There was absolutely no acknowledgement of any wrongdoing, no customer service (or good repeat business) skills. We will NEVER support this business again. Incredibly upsetting. Also, you cant actually read the waivers youre supposed to sign (see attached). Id file a BBB complaint but theyre not accredited by BBB. Wish I would have read the other reviews.. Im not alone here.

I was serviced by Kaden, a ginger at rock wall, and I couldnt be more impressed. He was sweeter than a lollipop, kinder than josh, and cooler than my sons sunglasses. I have never experienced service like this before in my entire life. AMEN

This place was epic! My kids loved it! They have a tv room and massage chairs for grown ups. Be sure to check out their Thursday night special 4 vip passes ,large pizza and a pitcher of soda for 40$

Was amazed when I walked in the facility and it looks like great arcade and playground but the food is disgusting. The drinks taste like sink water and I ordered a hot pretzel which what says on there menu and when I got it.. it was COLD.. the cheese taste like its 2 days old its pretty disgusting. The people that work here are all kids themselves. I dont recommend eating here other then playing thats it.
