My insurance with my employer is Davis Vision which gives a 3 tier price for frames with some being free and not over $50. The last 2 times I went there as soon as the person I pick out glasses with finds out my insurance, her attitude changes like I am a low life or something. She just laid out the trays the glasses were in and said here they are. I asked a question about what I saw on line and she said I dont know, this is all they give us. She only showed me the premium tier that cost the most. I thought I was imagining the attitude when I was there 2 years ago but when I went 2 weeks ago and had a different person than last time I received the same attitude. It is very uncomfortable. She also did the add ons and I dont even know what I paid for without a copy of the invoice. Possible free glasses cost me $155.00. Not everyone has hundreds of dollars to spend on glasses. I feel I should use the insurance I pay for. The doctor was great.
Love the care you receive at this office, and the staff is very friendly. But wasnt happy when I showed up 10mins earlier than when they close (I was instructed to show up for pickup of my glasses 10-15 minutes before they close) and the door was locked!!!! It was a waste of my time and I had to leave work early to be able to make it in time just to turn around and leave. Not happy about that. Great way to avoid the last 15 minutes of your shift!!!

Butler Eye Care provides an excellent experience from start to finish with kind and knowledgeable staff. My appointment was handled promptly and thorough yet took less than an hour. Highly recommended for your eye care needs.
The care was excellent, however when ordering my glasses and frames , I had every thing done and paid for. Then the next day they call me and tell me I'm not eligible for frames from my insurance for 3 months, I can pay an extra 176 dollars or wait till June and come back to order! No guarantee I can still get those frames! I think they should eat that 176 since it's their mistake! And I told them multiple times when I had my last appointment.
