Debbie - I was just able to check the order status. It looks like it came in on 10/18 and the order would normally be due in 10 business days. We are showing it will be ready today 10/28. We did not have it marked as a rush and are running right at 10 days. I know sometimes these things feel like they take longer - especially if they are our favorite hoodie - but I am glad that it isn't really 3 weeks and you will have it by end of business today.

I met with John, the business owner mid October & had a great conversation, picking out gear for kids coaches and parents. we talked about supporting local businesses. I left happy & was expecting some progress with the gear within a few days to start ordering (quoted about a week). I was complete and totally ghosted. Repeated calls and emails were not returned. The receptionist was very nice but there was zero follow up from anybody else. Impact apparel completely destroyed my ability to get any gear on my new startup team ahead of the competition season and the holiday season. I moved my business elsewhere but continued to call to try and keep them accountable for their lack of response. Into late December, 2 1/2 months later nobody returned my calls or emails. Seek another vendor.

5 stars all around. I have used Impact for annual 5K shirts for the past 5 years and I am always amazed at the work the design team does. I have organized team gear sales for the swim and wrestling teams, as well and team gifts that have been coveted by the athletes. Ive also had items custom embroidered . Quality work done on time. I highly recommend John and his team at Impact.

Ordered shirts from them for the research lab I work at, and the entire process was absolutely painless. Kind and supportive staff, a quick turnaround on the shirts, and very easy pickup. We supplied the design for the shirts, and Impact was very good about showing us mock ups of what they would look like so they were sure it would be what we wanted, and they turned out looking excellent. The print has stood up to an entire summer of field research on the water, and everyone at the lab is very happy with how they turned out. A great experience all around.
