This reviewer was never an actual WCS customer and initially confronted our customer service agent over the phone with an extremely negative, pushy and condescending attitude right off the bat. WCS always reserves the right to deny service and professional time to such abusive individuals. WCS has since tracked the review profile of this person and found it to be littered with mostly very negative, inauthentic reviews. This persons review has no credence whatsoever with regard to the outstanding service WCS offers each and every day to real international business customers.

Sorry, we were very busy dealing with our fantastic customers, it was impossible to answer the many cold calls we get from you each day selling your domestic trucking service. Working with Russ from WCS was a very pleasant experience. He guided me through the process patiently, explaining pros and cons of options, and helping me work through the discussions with the shipper. He even stepped in and directly communicated with the shipper to get paperwork completed in time. I would definitely recommend WCS to expedite and smooth out the import process.

We highly doubt this person was discriminated against due to any cultural issues and regret any incidents or disagreements over the phone which may have occurred. Some potential customers call WCS with little knowledge of the industry or the patience to listen to our reality based suggestions. We also do not lie to potential customers when their business plans are not rooted in fiscal or operational reality. We regret this customer did not like the professional advice he was given.

When I mentioned to the import specialist that my shipment was coming from India, his tone changed. Not only was his customer service atrocious, he sounded like a racist. He said I was asking too many questions and hung up on me! If you're going to start a service business, you must have the patience to explain how the process works to your customers. Otherwise, get out of the business. When I called back and spoke to another agent, he told me I messed with the wrong person and that they would not do business with me. This place needs to be sued for refusing service because of discriminatory practices!
