One of the absolute worst customer experiences I've ever received. Took my car in to get an oil change and diagnose a headlight misalignment. The service advisor Trevor was terrible to work with. I told them I had a dealer's warranty and CarMax care and he said he can't wait 45 mins on the phone with the dealer and for me to make sure the right people are available to contact. First of all, when a customer provides the right paperwork it's your responsibility to call the dealer yourself. Additionally, they all want to use text versus call or be prompt about their responses. He originally quoted a day and then after I followed up the next day said he needs the car to be in the shop for a week and there is no loaner or rental cars provided to me. I could not commute. I told him if no loaner car, I need it back as I was traveling. He agreed but did not respond as to when I can pick it up. I follow up next day and get an autoresponse that he's on vacation. Is this how you treat your customers? I had to call the center again and ask about the status and the person on the phone mentioned my car work was done and ready for pick up. I go today to pick up and the reception person confirms all my work is done. I get on the HIGHWAY and get a notification that my headlight is misaligned. I call the center again to be just routed to voicemails and no help. This is unsafe and illegal. I will absolutely be reporting this to BMW and do not recommend going here with your vehicle for any service. Absolutely horrendous.

The service department is completely unwilling to provide any information over the phone. Specifically the phone goes to a receptionist with no interest in doing their job, who forwards you to a Service "Representative" who would rather not be reached. Good luck timing any pickups if you're not waiting in the lobby.

We are currently leasing a BMW suv that's ending this month. Ashraf Aried who is the agent from BMW seattle site and had contacted us half year before our lease end for the options we have when the lease is end. He was really nice, patient and able to give us useful and insightful advice. We had great experience with him and now we are leasing the second car from him.

inquired about a vehicle listed on the website to find out the vehicle had yet to go through the saftey inspection, a week later its discovered that it has to go back to the manufacturer's dealership for work. why post a vehicle that you cant even sell? at this point it would be much simpler for me to fly out of state to buy what i want and drive the 800+ miles home.
