So this Ace doesn't give cash refunds on cash purchases. Per 'company polcy' only issue store credit. Pretty low-class anti-customer policy. I guess the $$ is more importat than the customer? Also doesn't give military discount in a military town. But they have a "reward" program...LOL, one that doesn't give back cash refunds on cash purchases. Tried this one a couple of times, but moving forward will pass it by to do my business at the HD or Lowe's down the street.

Worst experience ever at an ace. Very disappointed. Will not be back. No customer service. Waiting 10 minutes to cash out because the cashier was playing a game on his phone. Acted like I was bothering him because I walked up. Didn't know how to do my ace rewards. Wish I could give no stars.
