Took MONTHS to get my stuffed dog... It looked nothing like my dog, so I put it back in the box and stored it in the closet. For the price and time that it took to arrive, I'd expect it to look more like the real dog than what it did.

I was so hopeful that I would get an amazing memory of our girl based on the photos of other peoples pets. Sadly I received something that was horribly out of proportion the head didn't even appear to be the same shape. They were quick to respond to questions but for the amount this costs would have expected something a little closer

When we lost our Sadie it was without warning and I saw the Petsiess on FB, I researched to make sure they were a real companyI sent a few pictures of our Sadie and waited. I received emails through out the process that kept me informed of the progress. When the Petsies box was delivered it said to make sure you video yourself opening the box. I thought, ok, no one was aroundmy reaction was priceless! (If I can upload I will). I had very low expectations (I mean no way it will ever look like my Sadie). OMG! Although a bit creepy it was her down to every little detail! It was amazing!!!!!!! I am currently waiting for my other dog (who is still living) to be done. The most talented artists, I cant thank them enough! The time and the attention to detail is AMAZING!! Thank you Petsiess!!!

Our Petsies looks so similar to our beloved pet. Our dog passed away a year ago and we think of him often. Now have wonderful decorative reminder of our family pet. The fur coloring is so detailed that my wife started to cry when she saw it. And when we showed it to our family & friends they instantly recognized it to be our dog. I can definitely see care that was put into our Petsies.

Hi KC, I am so sorry youre not happy with the Petsie you got for your moms Christmas present, and that it did not meet your expectations as a match for her adorable dog Harper. After shipping sometimes the plushies can use a good brushing to move hair away from the eyes. We always do our best to make a plushie that very closely resembles your pet, and we do have a Craftsmanship Promise for this reason. Im also sorry to see it was delivered 3 days after Christmas. Looking at the tracking info, our team mailed your order out on Dec 8, which was well before the USPS 2021 US holiday shipping deadline of Dec 18. I cannot stress enough, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! (And its a lot) We ordered a Petsie for my mom for Christmas. Not only did it arrive 2 weeks after Christmas but it looks nothing like her dog. This thing is a joke. Its terrifying looking. Her dog is a mini golden doodle and this thing looks like a pug got in a fight with a sheep. The markings around his eyes is so weird. It looks nothing like the photos I sent them. The texture of the fur is repulsive. Never using this company again everyone beware!!
