This place is unprofessional. Take for ever to answer the phones and when you filling get someone they transfer you to someone else and they hang up.

Closed our account because of communication. We cancelled a order and didn't hear back about our refund. They state they sent us a coupon but we didn't get anything and because we did a dispute on paypal and they had to pay $20 due to the dispute thats unprofessional. I called them before I did this but no one answered and for $20 dollars to cancel a account. If they would of replied to the paypal dispute saying they issued us a store coupon for our next order that would of been fine with us but they didn't and just issued us the refund. So I will review their service to everyone and you guys take the pick if you want to do business with them. Gosselin cancelled our account and I will now agree because after this I don't ever want to use them. I have two printing companies and was using them for both but I will take my business over to another print house. I leave this review laugh because its just the most unprofessional way to treat a customer over $20 and a fee. If they would of answered us when we called or even then call us when we did the dispute to inform us about a coupon. We would of even covered the fees if they had any and everything would of been great but no their service just isn't there.
