Hello Rachel and family. We enjoyed meeting you guys yesterday. We had spoke on the phone a lot, we were upfront about the truck before you came down. The truck hasnt not been in any accidents and it does have a clean title. We had told you the stuff we had done prior to you coming down so that you were on the same page and had no surprises. We were very busy yesterday and the gentleman who drove with you was someone filling in trying to help out so you guys didnt have to wait around. He did have a face shield on. Im sorry that the deal didnt work out the way you were hoping it to and that you were left upset! Have a great holidays!

Very disappointing. I came by to look at a Tacoma that I was told had a clean title, but after inspection it was revealed that it had been in 2+ accidents. Not to mention the fact that Covid precautions were thrown to the wind and our request to put on masks for the test drive was met with an ineffective piece of plastic.

Normally would have gone one more star but the last couple of times in, they've been short staffed to where I never got to talk to sales agent. Nice selection of used vehicles, well serviced and cleaned up ready to purchase and drive away.

Shopping around for a truck on the internet and found one I liked. The truck was in Albany and they brought it up to Salem the same day so that I could look at it. They called me as soon as it arrived and when I came back, the pick up was ready for a test drive. The whole process was simple and easy and not what one would typically expect from a used car dealer. From start to finish, my experience was easy, straight forward and fair.
