1200 cricket chaise sofa falling apart within 12 months. Button back cushions are a nightmare - continuously having to pull the button back through where the fabric is stretched over time and made the hole too big. It's terrible. Last sofa was 500 less and lasted 5 years no issues. I also worked as a sales manager in upholstery for a number of years and am disappointed I didnt see this issue coming which must be a very common fault with this fabric.

I went for an interview there yesterday at rugby branch my interview wasn't until 4 but I arrived at 3:20 to show good initiative but I was waiting for 43 mins at least have the sence to do the interview earlier if someone's made the effort to show up, the manager there Neil was extremely rude made me wait all thay time very bad manners wonder why he can t get any staff to work there he came in and said do u want the interview or not and when I asked how his days been he said WHAT do u think, very bad impression on anyone and the service I got was nothing sort of a disgrace don't ever work there very easy to be replaced everyone's a number just hope you guys are proud of yourself cause u have lost a great talent there

Absolutely disgusting, less than 24hrs before delivery and they email to say it wont be be delivered due to supplier problems. I had THREE emails previous to say my sofa was on its was. I booked a day off work to take delivery, I have now lost a days pay. Times are hard enough at the moment. Total cowboy company.
