Disgusting. The organization has devolved into sugar peddling. Everything is cookies, cookies, cookies. Its vomit worthy. The girls run around unsupervised and/or do preschool age crafts(plastic bag hula dresses, eating cupcakes, paper plate art, etc). Your daughter deserves better. If I could give a lower score I would.

horrible experience. Wait over a month to cash a $24 dollar check and then get sent to the Cherrington Firm and threatened to be sued over $24! How about you pick up the phone and let me know it didn't go through so I can pay you. Absolutely discussed with your organization. What a disappointment

13 year Girl Scout leader. I have visited dozens upon dozens of GS Council shops all over the country. GS of Utah was the worst for customer service. Staff member watched my daughter and I come in the store. She never greeted nor made eye contact with us. She went about her business and sat at her desk in the office. Came out of office. Grabbed some items, dismissed us again, then made a phone call. We stood at the counter to pay, and it took her several minutes to look up and ask if we were done. We paid for our items and she said nothing to us. Didnt thank us, etc. My daughter and I were mortified.
